km's, is Pleasant Point. Here you will be amazed at the history and
activities of the area. From bare footed blacksmiths turning out works of
art to the worlds only 1925 Model T Ford Railcar. |

steaming Days, mainly weekends and Holidays, the railway along side the road
to Pleasant Point is full of action. Travel on lovingly restored Steam
engines from the historic Pleasant Point Station to the Museum where you can
view old time movies, old railway engines and lots of memorabilia.

adventure, "Rangitata Rafts" can take you on an awesome day trip, water
rafting the Rangitata River just north of Geraldine. Canoe operators,
