Crafts" serves light Lunches to the sound of the Pan Flute. Many Local Crafts
are on sale and displayed within the cafe. One local craft, the Pastry Pies, are a
real treat to the taste buds. |

 | Historic Settlement.

Above the gorge of the Makakahi River is the grand site
of the Church Spire. Built in 1898 is typical of the history in this Wairarapa
country settlement.
The Eketahuna museum is a great way to enjoy the local
societies History. Situated on Bengston St and open Sunday 2-5pm.

 | Recycled Collectables
|
Local Crafts are many in this country town. "Colonial
Collectable" display a quality of furniture one would only expect in a big city. A
large variety of New Zealand's native Rimu, recycled from many of the old homes being
replaced by modern materials. Well worth a browse. |
