Paintball is serious fun and a great way to burn up some extra energy.   Working as a team, your mission is to recapture your flag and return it to your fort.   Played on a forestry block just out of town and with a large viewing platform for those not wanting to play this game really does involve everyone.  Why not have a BBQ afterwards onsite to finish your day!
